Alucard possesses an ability that allows him to see magic as it exists in the world. The form it takes in his vision consists of auras (blobs/halos of color) and threads. The mods answered general questions of what elemental magic colors should look like here. They have answered me in regards to what Alucard sees as the source of someone's magic ( the question was whether the tattoos replicate magic or just unlock someone's natural abilities ) here.

This post is to give permission or specifically deny permission for Alucard to see these things on your character. As mentioned in the link above, some characters may have dulled, faded, or obscured colors. This will also act as a handy reference for me.
